This function allows you to view e-mails sent by CARL Source which generated an error and could not be sent (error message).
Using this feature, the administrator can resend these e-mails.

Errors reported by emails sent can also be viewed in the logs.

 

Accessing the view failed emails function

1. In the [System] module, select the View failed emails function.
   → The failed emails search form is displayed.
