This form allows you to create, modify, and delete calendar availabilities; see Calendar availabilities.
- Availability: Identifier of the availability, unique in the application. Choose a meaningful code, because the name generally will not be displayed.
- Name: Name of the availability.
- Availability (check box): Check the box when the availability corresponds to a range during which the technician may be assigned to work orders.
- Type: Indicates the type of calendar in which the availability is used: "Technician" or "Equipment."
- Color: Color of the availability. This appears in the calendar and in the "Technician planning" report. To be selected by clicking on the palette icon

- Copy: To be checked if the ranges of this availability must be taken into account during range copies; see Technician calendar.
- Replacement: Check this box if the ranges of this availability must be overwritten during range copies; see Technician calendar.
Examples
Calendar availabilities can be:
ON DUTY
- Availability = YES
- Color = GREEN
- Copy = YES
- Replacement = YES: If on-call or training ranges are affected by copying, they will replace periods in "conventional" positions.
ON CALL
- Availability = NO
- Color = LIGHT GREEN
- Copy = YES
- Replacement = NO: On-call times must not be overwritten by another calendar.
TRAINING
- Availability = NO
- Color = BLUE
- Copy = NO: training is generally an exception.
- Replacement = NO.
LEAVE
- Availability = NO
- Color = RED
- Copy = NO: leave is generally not part of a "standard" period.
- Replacement = NO.
