Basket of work orders

The right-hand side of the schedule contains a set of work orders in the form of a graphic tile containing various information.

This panel is called Work order bask and comprises several parts:

A header

An action button panel

This area allows you to access the basket configuration and interact with the schedule.

Date filter

This button section provides access to 2 different actions:

The filter applied to the work orders will return work orders the work order period of which is within the intersection of the date filter period.
That is, a work order with a start date before the start date of the filter or a work order with an end date after the end date of the filter can be included in the search result.

data filter

This button provides access to the possible data filters.

The attached table describes the meaning of the filters corresponding to the scheduling indicators. The "To be scheduled" datan item in the work order details is of great importance as to the meaning of the scheduling indicator:

Description of the progress status of the scheduling of a work order "To be scheduled" = No "To be scheduled" = Yes
Work order not closed the end date of which is before the current date Closing delay: to be rescheduled? Closing delay: to be rescheduled?
Anticipated resources for the work order without an activity entered (date + period) Resource(s) to be assigned Resource(s) to be assigned
No resource line provided on the work order No resources assigned Resource(s) to be assigned
At least one assigned scheduled resource line (date + period) Assignment in process Assignment in process
All the planned resources are scheduled All assigned Assignment to be confirmed
Without a scheduling indicator selected in the filters, the basket will only display the closed work orders.

sorting of data

This button allows you to access the configuration details for sorting the work orders in the basket.

The attributes of the sorting type are described in the RP_BASKET_ORDER list of values and can be adjusted if needed by an administrator.

 

various actions

This button provides access to various actions available on the basket.

For CARL Touch, the scheduling of a work order has to be confirmed for it to be sent to the field teams on their mobile device. Without confirmation, the work order remains with the "To be scheduled" checkbox set to Yes and the work order is not sent.

 

A list of work orders

Work orders are displayed as a graphic tile, sorted according to the sorting selected in the sorting configuration part.

A tile includes the following information:

Indicator example:

Tiles can be grouped in the same group relating to a common work order value. These groupings can be opened or closed in order to graphically organize the information tiles and provide better visibility.

The tiles allow you to use the mouse to Drag and Drop information into the scheduling area in order to create work order activities more quickly. See Scheduling interaction
