How to select the address of the WR?

Only users or agents declared as WR addressees are presented on the list: see Agent [General].

The main/geographical point I selected has been replaced

The main/geographical point of the WR is to be selected only if the WR directly concerns the point.
Otherwise, the application fills in the point to which the main point or the asset belongs.
See also the setting "Replace the geographic point with the ascendant of the Main point."

How to customize the WR entry form?

The form for taking into account WRs must be changed. The changes will take effect in both forms.

Acceptance or rejection of the WR is done with the Taking a WR into account function.
However, once the work is completed, acceptance of the work, if required, is done with the WR function; see Inspecting the work of a WR.

Once the WR has been taken into account, it cannot be changed.
The work order can only be changed with the work order detail form; see Work order [General].

A prevention is linked to a risk.
The definition of risks and associated preventions is done with the Safety sheet [General] form.

The default DILs displayed are the ones:

• with the status [Waiting to be taken into account]: See WR statuses.
• and for which you are an addressee.

→ In order to display WRs for other users, perform another WR search after having emptied or changed the user field.
→ In order to display WRs with statuses other than the [Waiting to be taken into account] status, see [Changeing a WR].

In the standard Custom form MRSTATUS_READONLY, the WR to take into account is read only.
Apply this form to groups of users who must not change the WRs when taking into account, if necessary by checking the "Public" box.

If the "Work receipt" box is checked on the WR, it means that validation by the WR issuer is required in order to close the WR,
However, if the "Work receipt" box is checked for the work order, it means that validation by the person in charge of the work is required to close the work order.

Open the details of the WO object in the dictionary.
On the [Attributes] tab, select WOBeginTime (or WOEndTime) and enter a value in the "Default value" field in the format {sysShortDate}+<n> {hour}, where n is the start time.
Example: {sysShortDate}+8{hour} sets the start time to 8:00.

Likewise, you can assign the date using the WOBeginDate and WOEndDate attributes.
Example: {sysShortDate}+1{Day} sets the date to the day after the creation request.

Contract-based work orders have several features, which are described in the chapter entitled Contract work order specificities.

This may be due to an inheritance link to other work orders; see Work order statuses.

Why does the filter at a point of an additional structure not show any work orders?

In the structure you have created, you must check the "Tree search" box.
Work orders created after this change will be shown after the search.

A location point for which work orders are not permitted can still be selected for the detail of a work order:

• if it is the ascendant of the main point (which permits the work order)
• or if it is the ascendant of the asset entered.

The priority is not displayed in the work order report. A default value must therefore be specified in the dictionary for the workPriority attribute of the WO object.
The priority code is to be read on the PRIORITYLEVEL values list.

How can I find the work order on which I wish to make a report?

The resource is initialized with your user login on the [Search] tab. Only work orders in which you are declared as a resource belonging to the [Results] list].
To see other work orders, empty the "Resources" field on the [Search] tab and redo the search.

A reservation is only generated if a warehouse is specified. Otherwise, a purchase request is generated.

On the consumption list, the "Search reservations" menu provides direct access to the current list of reservations for this work order.

If validation of the project was not possible, it is probably because required information is missing; for example, the Cost center for the project or work orders in its hierarchy.
