This function provides a graphic display of a set of assets:
- Those which are available and those which are not,
- The WRs and Work orders that explain the unavailability.
Only referring assets are taken into account.
Case of Asset unavailability
- Work request: a WR was declared for this Asset with the "Asset unavailable" box checked.
In this case the Asset is considered unavailable as of the creation of the WR and as long as the WR has not been taken into account, or, if it has been taken into account, as long as the linked work order has not been validated.
- Work order: A work order that has been validated or is in progress for this Asset.
The Asset is then considered unavailable from the start date of the work order to its end date.
Accessing the availability graph
- In the [Equipment] module, select the [Asset availability] function.
→ The search form for the Assets to be viewed is displayed.
- Enter the search criteria, particularly the start date and, if applicable, the availability group. Go to the [Results] tab.
→ The availability graph is displayed.
