An availability group is a set of assets for which it is interesting to know the overall availability. These assets are therefore interchangeable, to a certain degree.
For example, vehicles in a given automobile fleet.
The availability group will be used as a search criterion on the availability graph and as a setting for the corresponding report.
Accessing the list of availability groups
- Place the cursor in the [Equipment] module and select [Availability groups] from the [Configuration] section.
→ The list of availability groups is displayed.
Creating an availability group
- From the list, click on the add icon

→ A line is added in creation mode.
- Fill in the code and name and clear the "Active" check box, if necessary, complete with a comment, then save
.
→ The new availability group is created and available.
Deleting an availability group
- From the list of availability groups, select the ones to be deleted and then click on the delete icon
.
→ The selected lines are deleted provided they are not linked to any template or asset.
Field details
- Availability group: Identifier of the group, unique in the application. Choose a meaningful code.
- Name: Name of the group.
- Active: To be checked if the group is being used.
- Comment: Detailed description.
