Use this form to create organization groups to be assigned to users.
Header
- Group: Identifier of the group. Choose a meaningful code, because the name is not displayed in the user sheet.
- Name: Name of the group.

Access regardless of the organization: This box must be unchecked to allow the access organizations to be selected.
Assigning an organization group with this box checked equates to not specifying an organization group for the user. In either case, no restriction will be applied to the user with respect to the organization.
Organizations
This list contains the organizations for which you specify rights.
Use the 
icon to select the organizations to be added.
- If an organization is not present on the list, it is the same as not assigning any rights to the data of the organization.
- The line (no organization) refers to entities for which the organization is not entered.
If this line is not present or does not have any boxes checked, the organization group does not give rights to any data managed at the organization where the organization is not specified (asset, work order, purchase request, etc.)
