Header

• Prepared inventory (required): Prepared inventory identifier.
• Name: Name of the prepared inventory.
• Inventory with errors: This indicator is displayed as a warning icon . If shown, it means that at least one prepared inventory line resulted in errors when attempting to generate inventory movements (i.e., when closing the prepared inventory).

 

Details

• Status (required): Current status of the prepared inventory (see Prepared inventory statuses). Only editable via the status change mechanism.
• Warehouse: Storage warehouse concerned by the prepared inventory. To define a prepared inventory relating to a number of warehouses, this value must be left [empty].
• Type (required): Movement code associated with the "Prepared inventory" category.
• Discrepancy cost center: Discrepancy cost center or account defined for the type of movement selected.
• Issuer (required): Agent creating the prepared inventory.
• Assigned to: Agent appointed to perform the prepared inventory.
• Manager: Manager responsible for the prepared inventory.
• Organization: Organization for the prepared inventory.
• Note No: Note number for the prepared inventory.
• Creation date: Prepared inventory creation date and time.
• Scheduled performance date (required): Scheduled performance date and time for the prepared inventory.
• Inventory check: Specifies whether the prepared inventory should proceed via a "Completed" status before being "Closed" (see Prepared inventory statuses).

 

Additional information

• Comment: Comment associated with the prepared inventory.
• Execution comment: This field is used to enter comments made while performing the prepared inventory. It is accessible for the "Validated," "In progress" and "Paused" statuses.
