CARL Source offers help in updating the parts list of a Template or according to withdrawals made from inventory.
The "Parts list enrichment" function is accessible from the actions menu
of the detail sheet of the item and template.
The principle is as follows:
- The application searches the allocated inventory withdrawals either for work orders relating to the template or equipment characterized by this template.
- The only items taken into account are those which belong to a family characterized as "Nomenclature taken into account."
- The quantity is the quantity of items withdrawn for the work order.
Parts list enrichment is subject to a profile right of the "Withdrawal" function.
If that right is checked, enrichment is offered automatically upon each inventory withdrawal meeting the above criteria.

Settings
- Check the outputs to take into account for enrichment: allocated to a work order, structure point, Asset.
- Fill in the period of inventory movement dates to take into account (the past month, as default) and click on the "Update" button."
→ The offered parts list is displayed.
Parts list update
The left pane includes the current composite items of the template.
The right pane includes the additional composite items offered for the template.
- Check the items of the offered nomenclature and click on the " < " button. Or directly add all the items by clicking on the " << " button.
→ The current parts list is enriched.
- Confirm

→ The new parts list is saved.
