This tab contains the hierarchy of work order templates forming the Project template.
It is possible to create up to four levels of work order.
The three lists are synchronized: Work order templates displayed on a sub-list are "sub-work order templates" of the higher-level work order template, selected by simply clicking on the line, which is then highlighted.
List of work order templates
- Work order template: Code of the work order template, which will be the template of the same-level work order.
- Name: Name of the work order template.
- Type: Type of work order template, for information purposes only.
- Synchronized: To be checked if the link between this work order template and the "parent" work order template is synchronized. In this case, if one of the work order templates is moved in the work order scheduling, the other is moved by an equal amount. See Synchronized dates.
-
Status inheritance: To be checked if status inheritance needs to be applied between this work order template and the "parent" work order template."
For example:
- validation of the parent work order template brings about validation of the child work order template,
- when the child work order template changes to "In progress," the parent work order template also changes; see Project statuses.
- Link type: Information about the link. Link types are configured on a list of values.
