This tab contains information on the storage of the item.

 

The list has one line per warehouse:

• containing at least one item of the item,
• or for which the storage location is specified.

 

It is updated by the receiving of items, inputs, withdrawals, and inventory taking.
The lines cannot be changed. To change the quantities, see [Taking inventory].

However, it is possible to add a line.
Creation is then the same as an inventory movement for the item reference. (The right to create an inventory taking is required for this).

 

• Warehouse: Identifier of the warehouse.
• Location: Identifier of the storage location in the warehouse if it has been specified.
  From the action menu , if allowed by your profile ("Move an item in a warehouse" authorization), you can change the stock location using the change of location or consolidation functions.
• Comment: Name of the batch or comment on storage.
• Asset: Asset to which the item corresponds. Cannot be changed and always filled in if the item is part of a series.
• Batch number: To be specified for an item under batch management.
• Inventory quantity: Last known quantity in inventory.
• Price: Price used for stock variation, AP or standard price, depending on the configuration.
• Expiry: Batch expiry date.
• Taking inventory: Date of last inventory of the batch or item in the storage location. Cannot be changed.
