Managing screen indicators

Accessing the indicators of a screen

In the form of your choice, select "Linked indicators" on the analysis icon.
→ The screen indicator form is displayed.

The indicators are displayed with their value and the corresponding icon .
By clicking on the name or value of a filter indicator, you can directly open the corresponding list of elements.

The indicators linked to the detail forms of the equipment and other elements displayed on the equipment tree structure are displayed on the [Indicators] tab of the detail pane.

Adding indicators

Click on the add icon .
→ The list of possible indicators is displayed.

From a detail screen, by default the application offers only the indicators that depend on the entity.
To broaden the list, clear the "Type of entity" field on the [Search] tab.

Removing indicators

To delete indicators from the list, check them and then click on the delete icon .
→ Only the link to the screen is deleted. The indicator remains available.

Distributing indicators

If you have the required rights, you can distribute the configuration of screen indicators to all users.

In the actions menu , select [Distributing indicators].
→ Your indicators will be added to the indicators already defined by each user for this screen without deleting any.

If you have defined confidentiality as a data access criterion, users will only see the indicators to which they are entitled.

Displaying an indicator in the form

Once the indicator has been added to the screen, you can also display it directly in the form in the customization mode; see Control values and Creating an alerter: Example.

List of screen indicators

Name: Name of the indicator. Link to the list of numbered items, in the case of a filter indicator.
value: Value of the indicator. Link to the list of numbered items, in the case of a filter indicator.
Icon: Symbol for situating the current value of the indicator with respect to normal or to an objective.
