Screen indicators: Customizing

In order for indicators to be viewable where you need them, it is possible to link indicators to a screen.
Furthermore, indicators related to an entity can be displayed only in the detail form of that entity.
Screen indicators are customized according to user.
A person having sufficient rights, however, can distribute his/her configuration of a screen for all users.

Once the indicator has been added to the screen, you can also display it directly in the form in the customization mode; see Control values.

Examples

Indicators of a detail form

The following indicators take the "Asset" (ASSET) entity as a setting:

Mean time between failures of the Asset,
Number of work orders performed on the Asset,
Average cost of the work orders on the asset.

These indicators will necessarily be linked to the detail form of the asset, because they are only meaningful for a given asset.
You will also see them on the [Indicators] tab of the asset tree structure.

You can add a more general indicator in order to have an element of comparison on the same list; for example:

Mean time between failures of validated Assets.

Indicators of a search form

The indicators of a search form are generally those concerning the function.

Indicators of the following type may be linked to the item search/result form:

Average value of the inventory by item,
Proportion of annual idle inventory,
Value of the inventory used since the beginning of the year,
Proportion of annual idle inventory.
