Restricted access criteria
System > Access to data > Restricted access criteria

A restricted access criterion is an attribute used in a function to restrict access to data and/or to assign a default value.

In each group, you will then define:

For the work order, the criterion may be, for example, the type of work order, the priority, the person in charge, or the cost center.
For an asset, this may be the manager, manufacturer, or cost center.

The attributes that can be used as access criteria are defined in the Object [Attributes] form of the Dictionary.

You can only define a single criterion per function.
