From this form you can:

• Create or change an External system with which CARL Source can exchange data,
• Launch the execution of an interface selected from the list,
• View the exchange history.

 

General information

• External system: Name of the external application exchanging data with CARL Source.
• Name: Name of the external system.
• Connection point: The technical settings of the means of communication, and particularly the location of the file to read or product, are defined in the connection point.
• Error connection point: Connection point where the log and error files of the "Original/error file" manager are stored.

 

Interfaces

This list contains the interfaces that run on the external system.

• Sequence: Interface launch order in the case of several interfaces being executed.
  For example, templates will have to be imported before Assets. The sequence number of PATTERN_IN must therefore be less than that of MATERIAL_IN.
• Interface: Identifier of the interface.
• Name: Name of the interface.
• Last run: Last run date of this interface on the system.
• Run results: Indicates whether the job was executed properly: Normal, error, or warning.
• No. processed: Number of occurrences (or lines) processed.
• Active: Uncheck if the interface must no longer run on the external system.
