CARL Source keeps a record of the progress of data exchange runs.

In the event of an error when importing data, you can directly display each rejected element in CARL Source together with the error message returned by the application.

 

Accessing the history of exchanges

1. In the [System] module, select the External systems or Interfaces function.
   
   
2. On the tracking/history menu , select [History of exchanges].
   → The list of exchanges is displayed.
   
   
3. If desired, select the [Criteria] tab, enter the search criteria and click the [Results] tab.
   → The list of exchanges corresponding to the criteria is displayed.
   
   
4. To see the details about an erroneous exchange, click on the date.
   → The details of the run results are displayed; see History of exchanges [General].

 

History of exchanges of an external system or an interface

The [History exchanges] function is also accessible from the detail form of the external system or the interface.
It is then filtered as default according to the current external system or interface.
