This part contains the technician and the period for which availabilities have been filled in.

• Technician: In the case of copying, this will be initialized with the current technician, but it is modifiable.
• Period: Fill in the start and end dates of the period to be copied.

Target

This part contains the technicians and period for which the availabilities are to be created by copying.

• Period: Period in which to create the copied ranges.
  This may be broader than the original period: for example, you can copy a week over to a year.
  
• Technicians involved: List of technicians for whom you wish to add these availabilities. The source technician may be on the list.
  The current technician will be on the list in the case of importing, but you may freely modify the list by adding and by deleting technicians of technicians.

Launching copying

1. Click on the confirm icon .
   → The ranges of the reference period are copied to each day, week, or month in the copy period for each technician on the list.
