This tab is used to manage the links between this work order and others.
If this work order was created in the context of a Project template, it will be positioned in a work order hierarchy: it can have a parent, descendants, and siblings.
In any event, it is possible to create new, informative or synchronized links.
Parent work order
- Work order: This is the work order that sits over the previous one.
- Name, Start, End, Type of work order: Those of the parent work order, cannot be changed on this tab. The type of work order is a modifiable list of values.
- Synchronized dates: To be checked if there is a time dependency with the parent work order; see Synchronized dates.
- Status inheritance: To be checked if status inheritance needs to be applied with this work order; see Project statuses.
- Type of link: Information about the link. Link types are configured on a list of values.
- Comment: Free text referring to the link.
Linked work orders
Display
Select the filter criteria for linked work orders and click on the "Update" button to display work orders corresponding to the criteria.
- Hierarchical descendants: Work orders for which this one is the "parent" either directly or indirectly,
- Hierarchical siblings: Work orders having the same parent as this one,
- Non-hierarchical links: Any work order linked without hierarchy.
Add
- To create links to other work orders, click on the add icon

→ The list of work orders is displayed.
- Check the work orders to be linked and then confirm

→ The work orders are added to the list.
- Complete the fields.
Deleting
- To remove links to other work orders, check the lines in question and then click on the delete icon
.
→ The selected work orders are no longer linked.
Description of links
- Sequence: Display order of the link.
- Work order, Name, Start date, End date, Status: Those of the linked work order, cannot be changed in this tab.
- Hierarchical: If the box is checked, the work order is a descendant of the current work order.
- Synchronized, Status inheritance, Type of link, Comment: Same principle as for a link to a parent work order (see above).
