The purpose of this form is to facilitate the assignment of teams to work orders.
This is generally done after having specified the required disciplines on the list of resources for the work order, with the number of hours, but not necessarily. See Work order [Completed] [Labour].
For more information about the use of this form, see Team assignment principles.
To ensure the consistency of the displayed data, changes are saved with each change of a tab or form.
Display settings
Same principle as for macroplanning, with two additional settings:
- Hiding lines without resources: If this box is checked, work order lines for which no resource has been specified on the [Labor] tab are not displayed.
- Grouping similar lines together: If this box is checked, lines on which only the resource date differs are displayed on a single line. Otherwise there are as many lines displayed day by day as there are resource needs.
Calendar
- Same principle as for macroplanning.
Anticipated resources
This list contains one line per resource need expressed for the work order on the Work order [Completed] [Labor] tab.
If no resource has been defined, the work order is on a line (except if the "Hide lines without resources" box is checked).
The line is highlighted in yellow if it refers to a resource for which a team has not been specified. This means that at least one resource line must have been entered on the work order.

- is colored if it is included in the work order (see Bar colors).
- Contains the scheduled work load for the resource, if specified (on the date of the requirement, if specified, or, if not, on the first day of the work order).
You can modify or enter the workload for the selected resource on the date of the need, if it is included in the work order dates.
