Here are a few examples illustrating the principle underlying the operation of the assignment forms.

 

Selecting several resources

  1. Select a number of resources, then click on see possible teams.
    → The teams offered are the ones that can be assigned to all resources.

For example:

  1. Next, check a team and click on Assign/Unassign team.
    → The team is assigned to all the checked resources.

In our example, tick TEAM1. The result is as follows:

Assignment of several teams

  1. Select a resource, then click on "see possible teams.
    → Several teams are offered.

  2. Next, select several teams and click on "Assign/Unassign team.
    → The resource line is duplicated into as many as there are teams and the workload is distributed evenly among all these teams.

    The principle is the same for each resource if several have been checked.
