In this form you view the GANTT work order chart and, by simply dragging with the mouse, you can:
- move them in time,
- lengthen them or shorten them.
An estimate of the daily workload is also displayed.
To ensure the consistency of the displayed data, changes are saved with each change of a tab or form.
To customize the display of bars on the GANTThart, see Configuring bar colors.

Chart
- Date columns: Depending on the zoom, a column represents a day, week, or month. Sundays are generally shown in a darker color, but the administrator can modify this setting.
- Work order bar: The bar starts on the first day of the work order and ends on the last, regardless of the workload. If the work order has fixed dates, the bar is surrounded by two black lines. In this case it cannot be moved.
- Total time: This is the cumulative estimated workload for the time range corresponding to the column. The workload is always considered to be evenly distributed over the work order duration.
All work orders on the list are taken into account, including any appearing on another page.
Example of workload calculation:
Work order A runs from 2 to 3 April and has a workload of 10 hours, which is an average of five hours per day.
Work order B runs from 1 to 5 April and has a workload of 20 hours, which is an average of four hours per day.
→ The workload on 1 April is four hours, that of 2 April nine hours, that of 3 April nine hours, that of 4 April four hours, etc.
