The alert form specifies elements that can prevent proper progress of a work order.
If possible, CARL Source will indicate the clearing date of each obstacle as early as possible within the coming 30 days.
These alerts are for information purposes only and are non-impeding.
Alerts concern the following elements:
Date
The work order is late
Calendar conflict
Equipment not available: One of the Assets (or structure points, if there are no assets) of the work order has an unavailability range scheduled on its Calendar during the work order.
Technician not available: One of the technicians required for the work order has an unavailability range scheduled on their calender, covering part (at least one minute) or all of a period allocated to the work order.
Material resource not available: One of the material resources required for the work order has an unavailability range scheduled on its calender, covering part (at least one minute) or all of a period allocated to the work order.
Missing resources
The team,
discipline,
technician or
material resource assigned to the resource has an excess workload on the assignment day
One of the certifications required for the work order is not covered by any of the technicians. This is necessarily the case if no technician has been assigned and one or more certifications have been entered on the Work order [Labor] tab.
Supplies not available
The reserved item is not currently in the inventory. This alert does not take into account any pending POs for replenishing the inventory.
The purchase request has a planned delivery date coming after the start date of the work order. To be ignored if the item is not required at the very beginning of the work order.
