This tab contains a list of the diagnosis operations.
It works the same way as the [Operations] tab of a work order, with a few different columns designed for control operations.
The information can be changed on the list.

 

List

For details about the operation, open the form by clicking on the icon.

 

Actions

Three actions are available on the actions menu of the list.

These actions only apply to the operations selected in this list.
If no operation is selected, the action applies to all operations concerned.

 

Create a single WR

Creates a group WR for all selected operations whose evaluation has the action of "Creating a WR."
→ The WR form is opened in creation mode.

 

Create a single work order

Creates a group WR for all selected operations whose evaluation has the action of "Creating a WR."
→ The work order detail form is opened in creation mode.

 

Generate one WR/work order per operation

Generates a WR or work order for each selected operation according to the action filled in in the evaluation.
→ A confirmation pop-up opens with the number of WRs and work orders that will be generated.

   

Functional rules in the context of processing the actions to be taken/creating a work order per operation:

In other words, a diagnostic work order comprising two operations for which the evaluation generates a work order, and involving different assets.
When the user launches the "Create a WR/work order per operation" action,

  • without specifying a work order template
    two work orders are generated, each dealing with the assets of the initial operations,

  • by filling in a work order template without an asset
    → two work orders are generated without an asset,

  • by filling in a work order template with an asset
    → two work orders are generated, each of which deals with the asset of the work order template and not with those of the initial operations.
