Import inspection reports
Work > Import inspection reports

Importing control reports allows you to quickly take into account audits from your external providers in the form of diagnostic interventions.

This describes the operation of the Control-S option for Standard connectors (with CSV or XML files).
For more details, see the page Control-S.

Use of this feature requires the purchase of additional rights.

Learn more about the "Diagnostic & Regulatory Connector" option.

Note that this action does not work if the user is connected via SSO (Single Sign-On).
It is necessary to log in with a user using internal authentication.

This method can also be used to test the case of using Control-S with dedicated connectors (SOCOTEC or Bureau Veritas) if it is not possible to connect to the provider’s SFTP server.
To do this, it is necessary to use a connection point with “Handler class = SIMPLE File,” and not the class for an exchange with an SFTP server.
