A data access group is defined by:

• a set of rights to the data,
• possible default values for the attributes defined as criteria.

It can therefore limit the actions of certain users to a sub-set of data in the database; see Data access.

To define a restricted access group, you must first define the necessary data access criteria.
Next, for each criterion so requiring, you specify each value of the authorized actions.
