The warehouse to be filled in is always the same. How can a default warehouse be defined?

You can define the default warehouse for inputs and/or outputs in the dictionary. Select the ENTRY or WITHDRAWAL object and, on the Dictionary [Attributes] tab, the warehouseCode attribute. The default value to be entered is in the lower right of the form.

You can also define a default warehouse for the data access group; see Data access.

You can define the default unit of items in the dictionary. Select the ITEM object and, on the Dictionary [Attributes] tab, the unit attribute. The default value to be entered is in the lower right of the form.

I cannot find the supplier on the list when searching for the manufacturer

Only suppliers having the "Manufacturer" box checked can be designated as manufacturers; see Supplier [General].

The item AP can be changed only:

• If you have the required rights in your profile,
• And if the AP management mode is global; see Central settings.

POs/PRs are created with order/PR lines grouped by identical Contract period (if necessary) and then by supplier.
