Access to actions

From the actions menu , you can access the action.

 

• Initialize the anonymization date: this action is subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage anonymization). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator does not have access to this action. If this right is enabled, the administrator has the possibility of initializing or shifting the customer's anonymization date.
• Anonymize the data: this action is subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage anonymization). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator does not have access to this action. If this right is enabled, the administrator can Anonymize the data associated with the technician.
