- Storage folder: Folder on the server in which the file will be stored.

In general, the folder corresponds to the module to which the report belongs (works, equipment, etc.).
- Type: Standard (the report is non-modifiable), Custom or Generated (via the report creation wizard).

- Using the filter: Most of the reports use a filter so that they will only contain the selected elements. If this box is not checked, the filter will not be applied. For example, this is the case for analysis reports such as ABC breakdowns or the dashboard of the activity.
- Access to the report: By clicking on the file name, you load it in order to save it in the folder of your choice.
Associated functions
This list contains the functions in which the report will be offered. It cannot be modified for standard reports.
If the report uses a filter, only the functions to which the filter refers are to be added.
For example, for a list of technicians, the only possible function is "Technician management."
However, a report without an applied filter, such as the dashboard of the activity, can be linked to any function.
