This tab contains various indicators relating to the prepared inventory.
These indicators are updated depending on the current status of the prepared inventory: see details below.
Header
The indicators below are updated for each record in the prepared inventory:
- Number of inventory lines displayed: Number of lines of the prepared inventory for which a "Quantity recorded" has been entered.
- Total number of inventory lines: Total number of lines in the prepared inventory.
- Number of locations inventoried: Number of distinct locations (i.e., distinct "Warehouse/Location" pairs) for which a "Quantity recorded" has been entered.
- Number of items inventoried: Number of distinct items on all inventory lines for which a "Quantity recorded" has been entered.
- Several batches of the same item are considered as a single item,
- each serialized Asset for a "template" item is counted as a single item.
Details
The indicators below are updated only when the prepared inventory reaches the "Closed" status:
- Number of lines with a quantity discrepancy: Number of lines of the prepared inventory for which a discrepancy has been noted on the inventory movement (i.e., the inventory movement "Quantity" is non-zero).
- Percentage of lines with a quantity discrepancy: Percentage of prepared inventory lines with a quantity discrepancy.
Calculation results: (Number of lines with a quantity discrepancy × 100)/Number of inventory lines recorded
- Valuation of discrepancies: Total of the discrepancy amounts for all inventory lines generated.
Calculation results: Total of (Quantities * Inventory valuation) of the generated inventory movements

If we consider the following variables:
- "Total of inventory discrepancies" = Value of the field "Valuation of discrepancies" (see definition above),
and
- "Total of inventoried movements" = Total of "Inventory values" of the original storage detail lines (i.e., Qty in inventory × Price).
this field then shows the calculation result:
(Total of inventory differences * 100)/Total Sum of inventoried movements
