This tab contains the list of planned assignments and the list of prepared inventory completions. 

Details

• Shared: This option allows several agents to work on the inventory at the same time. The inventory will be identified as shared in the CARL Touch application. A shared inventory can never be closed by a CARL Touch action. A shared prepared inventory must always be closed through CARL Source.
• Assigned to all: This option allows the inventory to be dispatched to all technicians (according to the dispatching rules specific to CARL Touch) without taking the assignments entered in the table below into account.

Assignments list

This list has the following columns:

• Agent: Code of the actor assigned to the prepared inventory.
• Name: Name of the agent assigned to the prepared inventory.

The inventory will be dispatched only to the agents entered in this list (according to the dispatching rules specific to CARL Touch).

Add an assignment

As long as the prepared inventory is in the "In preparation" state, the button allows the user to add agents to whom the inventory will be dispatched (according to CARL Touch's own dispatch rules). 

Once the inventory is prepared in the "Approved" state, the list can no longer be changed.

Remove an assignment

A line can be deleted only if the status of the prepared inventory is "In preparation."

Completions list

This list has the following columns:

• Agent: Code of the agent who worked on the prepared inventory.
• Name: Name of the agent who worked on the prepared inventory. 
• Progress: Last state of the inventory for the agent.
• Progress date: Date of the last inventory status for the agent.

This list cannot be changed in CARL Source. It just makes it possible to monitor the progress of the work of CARL Touch agents.
