Access to actions

From the actions menu , you can access the action.

 

• Update consent: this action is subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage consent). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator does not have access to this action. If this right is enabled, the administrator can Reset/Accept/Refuse the consent. Reset clears the consent date / Accept updates the consent / Refuse disables the tenant. 
• Initialize the anonymization date: this action is subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage anonymization). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator does not have access to this action. If this right is enabled, the administrator has the possibility of initializing or shifting the supplier's anonymization date.
• Anonymize the data: this action is subject to a profile right (CARL Source/Global/Manage anonymization). Consequently, if this profile right is not enabled, the administrator does not have access to this action. If this right is enabled, the administrator can Anonymize the data associated with the tenant.
