Item statistics

This screen is used to evaluate the behavior of the item in inventory according to the compiled data: cumulative number, quantity, and value of the withdrawals, inputs, and out-of-inventory instances.
For example, it will highlight the fact that an item is part of "idle inventory" or that the item is used on a regular basis.
In particular, this will allow you to adjust the reorder settings.

Display

This area is used to reduce the data range of study, if necessary.

Organization: Organization for the warehouses.
Warehouse: Warehouse where the inventory movements took place.
Period: Minimum and maximum dates of the inventory movements.
Display: In a list by year or month, or in a graph.

Click on the "Apply" button to update the data.

Statistics over the period

ABC values

For a given indicator, the value is attributed as follows:

A: The item belongs to the 20% of items having the highest values.

C: The item belongs to the 20% of items having the lowest values.

B: The item is between these two areas.

ABC consumption: This index is calculated as a function of the value consumed, that is the cumulative value of the withdrawals minus the cumulative value of the reincorporated inputs. (Withdrawals due to supplier returns are not considered in this calculation)
ABC inventory value: The stock value is the sum for all the warehouses of the product AP * quantity in stock.
Last entry/Withdrawal: Date of the last inventory entry/withdrawal for the period, regardless of the source.

Table/Graph

The values are displayed for each category of inventory movement.
