Numerous entities (WRs, work orders, assets, purchase request, etc.) have a life cycle defined by several successive statuses.
CARL Source keep a record of each status change since the creation of the entity.

To display the status history:

1. Open the detail form of the entity.
2. From the status menu , select [Status history].

The status changes are displayed in chronological order.

 

Column details

• Date: the date of the status change.
• Status: the status reached after the status change (or creation in the case of the first line).
• WorkFlow: Indicates the branch code of the applied workflow: Displayed only in case of multiple workflows on the displayed entity.
• WF name: Name of the applied multiple workflow branch: Displayed only in case of multiple workflows on the displayed entity.
• Agent: the user who made the status change.
• Signature: if a signature was added to a work order during its life cycle, the icon is displayed.
  Click on this icon to open a window showing information about the signature.
• Comment: any text entered by the agent about the status change in the status change form.
