This form allows you to create, modify, and delete certifications.

• Certification: Identifier of the certification, unique in the application. Choose a meaningful code.
• Name: Name of the certification. Used to specify what the certification consists of.
• Duration: Duration of the certification in days. To be filled in if the certification is temporary (such as a first-aid worker certificate, which must be renewed regularly). It is used to initialize the expiration date for the technician according to the effective date).
• Theme: Type of authorization or use to which the certification belongs. For example: "Electricity," "Fire," "Vehicle," "Building access.".. This is a configurable values list.
