The [Criteria] tab allows you to refine your search according to various criteria. Several criteria can be combined for a more efficient search.
- User: signatory user code.
- Signing party: signatory user’s full name.
- Min. date/max. date: to frame the estimated time of the signature sought.
- Results: "Success" means a validated signature, "Failure" means an unsuccessful signature attempt.
- Operation: to separate signatures on attribute change and status transitions.
- Reason: reasons defined in the list of values.
- Entity: changed object type (WO, USER, MATERIAL, etc.).
- Code: becomes accessible when the entity is defined. To search for an object by its code.
- Reference: object identifier in the database, which may be a generated identifier.
- Comment: to search on all or part of the comment added at the time of the signature.
The object Code is its code at the time of the search, not the one at the time of signature.
If the object has been deleted in the meantime, the search on the code is no longer possible.
