All electronic signatures, as well as individual signature attempts, are saved.
The [View signatures] function allows you to view records for attribute changes and status transitions.
The details of a signature can then be accessed to check, for example, which attributes have been changed or which transition has been made.
Even if the signature is subsequently disabled in attributes or transitions, all previous signatures related to these attributes or transitions can still be viewed.
Only users whose
profile is authorized can access the [
View signatures] function.
Viewing the Signatures
- In the [System] module, select the View signatures function.
