- Commitment date: validation date of the PR, work order, or Contract,
- Implementation date: reception date of the item or service, labor, operation, measurement reading, contract expiry.
- Allocated, Committed, Incurred: Amount of the entry.
- Entry date: System date at the time of the action that generated the entry.
- User: The one who performed the action that generated the entry.
- Source: Event having triggered the entry.
- Comment: Specifies the reason for the entry.
- Work order, PR, and other additional fields: These fields are filled in depending on the event that triggered the entry. They make it possible precisely to track the source of the entry.
