This sub-tab displays the total of the selected entries according to the selected grouping. It is read-only.
- Fiscal year: It is used to initialize the start and end dates of the display.
- Start and end: The entries displayed are those for which the allocation date is between these two dates. These dates are initialized with those of the selected fiscal year, but they can still be changed.
- Grouping: For displaying forecasts and expenses:
- by month, from the start date to the end date.
- by PR, type of purchase.
- by contract; in this case expenses not coming from a contract are grouped together on a line without a contract.
- Allocated: Amount of the allowances.
- Committed: Amount of remaining commitments.
- Incurred: Amount of expenses made.
- Balance: Amount of allowances - (Committed + Incurred). In the case of a grouping by month, this is the cumulative balance.
In order for the display to take into account a modification of display criteria, click on the "Update" button.
