Exchange standards are broken down into one or more versions.
The version applicable to running interfaces is indicated in the standard.

A standard version is defined by:

• The settings of the file: Separator, number of header lines.
• The various types of records in the file, with details about the fields of which they are composed:
  • Description and correspondence to the attribute of the integration object,
  • Controls and conversions to apply upon import and/or export.

 

Accessing the list of versions of a standard

1. Place the cursor in the [System] module and select [Standards] from the [Exchange] section].
   → The list of standards is displayed.
   
   
2. Open the detail form for a standard.
   → It contains a list of versions of the standard.
