Settings can be accessed to configure certain items in the scheduling of resources in a user-specific or global way.
There are four panels of settings:
Access to each of these control panels requires a profile right that is disabled as default.
The Apply button closes and opens the function so that the new settings modified by the user will be applied correctly.
