Response to the work order date shift

Allows you to configure the appearance of the warning for shifting work order dates when resources are assigned outside of the planned work order period.

• Authorize without warning: adjusts the dates of the work order automatically without confirmation,
• Warn: keeps the current configuration and displays a confirmation message,
• Forbid without warning: does not allow the resources to be assigned outside work order dates.

   

Alert check of scheduled resources

Allows you to configure the appearance of the warning when there is an inconsistency between the scheduled resources initialized on a work order and the resources which are actually assigned to that work order.

• Authorize without warning: assigns the work order to the resource with no consistency check,
• Warn: checks for consistency and displays a confirmation message if an inconsistency is detected,
• Forbid without warning: does not allow the assignment of resources that are inconsistent with the scheduled resources initiated for the work order.

   

Displayed system messages

Allows you to enable/disable dynamic messages as a result of actions on the schedule.

• Copy: enables/disables the message for copying an activity,
• Cut: enables/disables the message for cutting an activity,
• Paste: enables/disables the message for pasting an activity.
