Depending on the context, this screen contains a list of changes that have been made to the purchase line since validation of the purchase request, or to the order line since validation of the order.

To access this history:

1. Put the cursor on the desired line,
2. On the actions menu of the purchase lines list, select "Modification history."

 

The changes tracked are as follows:

• Net unit price,
• Taxes,
• Quantity,
• Additional costs (amount and tax).

 

These changes can come from various sources:

• Direct entry in the purchase request screen (if the PRL is not associated with any purchase order),
• Receiving:
  • at a different price,
  • of a quantity greater than the requested quantity,
  • finished with a quantity less than the requested quantity,
• PO,
• Invoice.
