In this form, the warehouse having issued a transfer request views the items that have been shipped by the reorder warehouse or warehouses and reported with a transfer entry.

Once the shipments have been entered for all the lines of a request, the request switches to the "Processed" status.
- Shipping warehouse: The one supplying; the recipient of the request.
- Destination warehouse: Warehouse for delivery of the transfer.
- Item: Item shipped from among those of the request.
- Comment: Optional.
- Quantity validated: Total quantity to be shipped. Cannot be changed.
- Quantity shipped: Number of units in the shipment; to be entered.
- Quantity delivered: Quantity already shipped for this item; cannot be modified.
- Remaining to be delivered: Difference between the quantity to be delivered and the total quantity shipped.
