General information
- Equipment import (required): Equipment identifier. It is unique in the application.
- Name: Name of the equipment to be synchronized.
- Structure (required): Structure type
- DWF path: Path of the Dwf file associated with the MapGuide server. In a map loading context, DWF files graphically represent the floors and must be stored in a directory seen by the MapGuide server. They are associated with floor type devices.
- Original DWG
- Template : Equipment template.
- Equipment type: Allows the equipment category to be defined. If a configuration is available for the type entered, the associated characteristics will then be added automatically on synchronizing devices.
- Cost center: Cost center with which the equipment is associated.
- Organization: Organization with which the equipment is associated.
- Criticality: Equipment importance.
- Person in charge: Agent responsible for the equipment.
- Customer: Customer with which the equipment is associated.
- Brand name: Commercial brand associated with the equipment (only on assets).
- Service start date: Equipment availability date. (Only on assets).
- Parent: Hierarchical parent in the tree structure.
- Level: floor level. To load a drawing, it is essential to define the level associated with each floor. They are associated with floor type devices.
- Public building class: Public building type or activity. This attribute is only managed for Floor or Building type equipment.
- Public building category: Public building occupancy capacity. This attribute is only managed for Floor or Building type equipment.
- Use: Building use.
- Visitor capacity : Building occupancy capacity. This attribute is only managed for Building type equipment.
- Delete the equipment: Checkbox used to define whether a device is deleted. If this box is checked, this means that the equipment is disabled in the tree structure (change to the Inactive state for a structure point and change to the Scrap state for an item of equipment).
- Import updated: Date the data was loaded into the equipment Import feature.
- CARL Source synch: Date the data was synchronized in the Tree structure feature.
- BIM project Id : BIM project identifier (IFC template). This information is only filled in when the data comes from a BIM template.
- BIM template: For data from an IFC file, the BIM template is automatically filled in.
- Plot area: Plot surface area.
- Floor area: Floor area calculated from the bare dimensions of the inside of the exterior walls (i.e., without counting the thickness of the walls). This attribute is only managed for Floor or Building type equipment.
- Floor area: Available Leased Floor Area. This attribute is only managed for Room type equipment.
Additional attributes: when an item of equipment is imported from an IFC template, an additional tab appears (otherwise it is not available). It allows you to view all the Json attributes associated with the IFC template and includes all the IFC classes. These attributes can be used in a mapping process.
Structure: it is possible through this function to also manage and import tenants. To meet this need, simply fill in this field with the Tenant value. Importing occupants requires them to be associated with a parent.
All the lines for which the CARL Source synch column is filled in correspond to equipment that has been synchronized in the tree structure (Equipment module).
Access to actions
From the actions menus
, you can:
Create an attribute import standard for this class: when a device is imported from an IFC template, the user can define all the associated attributes in relation to an IFC class.
