This duplication is useful for differentiating a term in various business vocabularies or various languages, as part of Customization of names.
This can be a standard term or one that you have created for a Custom form; see Control details.

 

Procedure

1. On the menu for creating the list of names, select "Duplicate."
   → An entry pop-up is displayed.
   
   
2. Fill in the elements required for creation (see below). Click on the "Confirm" button.
   → The new terms are created.

Original

• Business vocabulary: Used to filter terms that will be duplicated.
• Language: To be selected if only one language is to be duplicated.
• Copying only the terms selected from the list: Limiting duplication to the labels checked on the list. If this box is unchecked, all language and business vocabulary names are duplicated.

 

Copy

• Business vocabulary: Business domain of created names.
• Language: Language of created names.
• Do not replace if the term already exists in the business vocabulary: Already existing terms will not be overwritten.
