If on contract refers to a set of predefined equipment items, specify them in this tab.
You can indicate the costs of the contract dedicated to each equipment item, which will make it possible to allocate them to the various cost centers.
Example
The contract refers to these three equipment items:
- EQPT1: cost = €2,500, Cost center = FOLLOW-UP-PLUMBING
- EQPT2: cost = €3,000, Cost center = FOLLOW-UP-HEATING
- EQPT3: cost = €4,500, Cost center = FOLLOW-UP-PLUMBING
→ Of the total cost of the contract, 70% of the amount will be allocated to the FOLLOW-UP-PLUMBING Cost center and 30% to the FOLLOW-UP-HEATING cost center.
