In this form you configure the values of extendable lists and you add or modify non-standard lists of values.
For rules on how to use the fields, see Ergonomics/Standard forms/Detail form.
Header
- List of values: Identifier of the list, unique in the application. This is what is displayed in the configuration of the characteristic potentially attached to this list of values.
- Name: Name of the list of values.
- Standard: Indicates whether the list is provided with CARL Source. If so, you cannot delete it.
- Extendable: In the case of a standard list, indicates if the list can be changed. If this is not so, you cannot modify the values.
- Numeric: Indicates that the value codes are necessarily numeric.
Values
This section contains the values on the list.
- Sequence: Relative position of the value on the drop-down list that will be offered to the users. For example, you number the values of work order priorities in increasing order.
- Code: Identifier of the value. This generally does not appear for the user, who only sees the value.
- value: Name that will be displayed on the list, unless there is a different translation in the user's language.
- Standard: If the box is checked, the value cannot be deleted nor its code changed, even in the case of an extendable list, because it is used by the processes of the application.
- Icon: Identifier of the icon representing the value.
- Pict: Icon representing the value graphically.
An icon may be associated with each value on a list of values. It can be displayed alongside the list by customization.
During customization, select the field associated with the list of values and then check "Icon?": the icon corresponding to the value entered is displayed to the right of this.
