In this tab, you specify the technician's skills:

• Certifications: training and acquired diplomas that may be mandatory for certain work orders.
• Qualifications: equipment or particular family on which the technician is certified to work.

The two lists are independent of each other.
Add or delete certifications or qualifications using the add and delete icons on the list in question.

 

Certifications

• Certification: Code of the certification.
• Name: Name of the certification.
• Effective date and expiry: Validity dates of the certification (if it is not permanent). The expiry date is calculated as a function of the effective date and the duration (in days) of the certification.
• Permanent certification: To be checked if the certification does not have any validity dates.

 

Qualifications

• Family, Structure point, Asset: Only one of these fields should be filled in.
• Name: Name of the family, structure point, or Asset filled in.
