This form presents general information about a CARL Flash wizard, as well as all the attributes available for this form.

Header

• Code: Wizard code.
• Name: Wizard name.

 

WIZARD

• Source users: Wizard available for CARL Source users.
• Flash users: Wizard available for users who have created a Flash account.
• Anonymous users: Wizard accessible to anonymous requesters, allowing a request to be issued without being authenticated.
• Standard: Shows whether the wizard is a “Standard wizard (box checked) or a customized wizard (box not checked).
• Icon: Icon symbolizing the wizard when it is selected in CARL Flash.
• Request type: Allows you to group wizards of the same type when selecting a request in CARL Flash.
• Request type: Allows you to initialize this same field on the work request created.
• Status: Status of the wizard (Active, Inactive, Canceled).
• Equipment template:Equipment template assigned to the wizard. When creating a request by scanning an item of equipment, CARL Flash will propose the wizards associated with the equipment template.
• Technical work package: Associated with the wizard, it allows you to filter the assets and symptoms provided in the work request. A wizard is defined either for a template or for a technical work package.

Steps list

This table shows the steps in the CARL Flash request wizard. The steps are displayed according to the defined order. The entering of a step can be defined as required when creating the Flash request.

Possibilities include:

• Specify the steps that will be visible in the Flash wizard,
• To specify which steps will be "Required",
• Add additional field entry steps (xTra),

 

Each line in the table shows a wizard step with its associated "properties":

• Sequence: Order number of the step in the creation wizard. By modifying this number the user can change the order in which steps appear in the wizard,
• Step: Step selected from the list of available steps,
• xTra attribute: Selection of the xtra attribute to be entered when the previously selected step is "Value of an xtra field",
• Required: Determines whether entering the step is required.
