CARL Flash is a service request application.

It enables users of assets, equipment or public areas to directly contact the technical services responsible for maintenance and operations.

Functional principles

CARL Flash is a mobile web application, connected to CARL Source, which provides customizable wizards to facilitate the creation of requests.

A system based on configurable steps enables online service requests to be simplified.

When a request is created, you are warned if a similar request is already being dealt with. This function avoids unnecessary actions, while providing a "Me too" function to confirm the urgency of the work to the technical services.

The final step instantaneously sends your request to the appropriate services. It is then added to the log of your requests and those relating to your organization. In real time, you can thus monitor progress on your requests and interact with technical services (send a reminder or a request, accept or reject work performed, etc.).

Multi-device application

CARL Flash is a web application (designed primarily for use on mobile devices) which runs in most browsers (Firefox^®, Chrome^®, Microsoft Edge^® and Safari^®) on all available operating systems (iOS, Android^™ or Windows^®).

CARL Flash can thus be used on any device (PC, tablet or smartphone).

The user interface and functions available adapt to the media format (responsive design) in order to ensure an optimal user experience.

The application is designed for the general public, and does not need to be installed or configured. It can be accessed simply by scanning a QR Code. Users from outside the technical services’ information system (passengers, nurses, tenants, general public, and so forth) can also use the system, which manages "anonymous connections".

Dynamic customization

The application screens, terminology, language, and so on, can be adapted dynamically as needed to ensure total immersion for users. The application can be configured to match your company’s visual identity: logo, application name, etc. (Grey brand name).
